Your property transaction will be handled and completed by Chris Goodall, the Owner/Director of CPC Conveyancing who is a fully Licensed Conveyancer with over 35 years experience. Chris has enthusiastically owned and run CPC Conveyancing since 2013 and has since been nominated for multiple awards, proudly winning the Dorothy Peacock Award for Outstanding Contribution by and Individual to the Industry in 2021. Chris is an avid traveller, having visited many countries (never letting that affect her settlement clients of course!) and enjoys spending her weekends adventuring with her Husband and Grandkids.

Nikola is the Administration Manager at CPC Conveyancing who will kindly and confidently handle your settlement paperwork and send through any necessary information to you. Nikola has been working in Real Estate for 13 years in between settlements,  residential building and now raising her two young children. Nikola works for CPC Conveyancing part time and is a dedicated and heartfelt Birth Doula in her ‘spare’ time.

All business between you and CPC Conveyancing can be carried out either in our office or by post, and email. For those documents that cannot be emailed, we will post them to you to be signed.
